North Canton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and North Canton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I cannot shut up about how good this place is. So customizable and wonderful. The staff is super friendly and never pushes for a tip! My order is: Medium sf snickerdoodle blondie with almond milk extra sweet with sf caramel drizzle

I had such a great experience at Seven Brew thanks to Mercedes! She was seriously one of the kindest and most upbeat people I’ve ever been served by. From the moment I pulled up, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was super patient while I decided what to order and even gave great recommendations. You can tell she really cares about her customers and her job. My drink was perfect, and her positive attitude honestly made my whole day better. Seven Brew is lucky to have her!

Madison helped me with my order on this particular visit. She was wonderful! Informative, friendly, and happy! Every time I come through, she has the bigest smile on her face. Even if it's rainy! You can tell customer service is important to her. Thanks Madison!

LOVE their coffee. Can’t stand the wait! I’ve never waited less than 10m to order and then another 10m to get your coffee (literally took us 20m this morning). Two different times I’ve sat in the outside line while the inside line has turned over twice. And I’ve seen the 3rd car in line get their coffee well ahead of the first car in line. Just seems very disorganized to me and like there should be a better way. Also, getting coffee isn’t meant to be a 25m experience every time. ETA: my husband ordered a large hot coffee and we think he got a latte since the cup was only half full and appeared to have foam on top. There’s also nothing on your cup (and never an option of a receipt) to ensure that you got what you paid for.

Coffee is always great. Staff is always pleasant. The design of the ordering system is beyond flawed. There is never any consistency in ordering. I go here often and it’s very frustrating at how poorly their ordering system is. You often see multiple cars that arrive after you get their order taken and leave before you even order. So much time wasted because of this. Something needs to change.
